What you'll do:
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Perform warehouse tasks and stack shelves, working in hot summer and chilly winter conditions.
- Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; supervise or cover for team members when required.
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover.
