Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Glasgow Shawlands 20 hours per week. Local candidates who can commute are preferred. Store hours: 7 AM – 8 PM. Must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities & Duties- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean.
- Support colleagues to deliver great customer experience; supervise team members and key‑hold responsibilities.
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks, provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
- Sell benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
- Ask appropriate questions and show genuine interest in customers’ projects.
- Be proactive, maintain high store standards, and create a workplace everyone enjoys.
- Reliability: arrive on time, be flexible, commit, and support customers and team.
- Experience as a keyholder or supervisory role preferred, but hard work and a positive attitude are valued more.
