Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
  • Help the team get the job done: check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
  • Inspire the team: encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
  • Ask questions and build relationships: support the team’s development, enable future business growth and succession, and ensure customers leave satisfied.
  • Lead from the front: coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
  • Build a fun working environment: maintain product availability and high branch standards, making the branch a place everyone loves coming to work.
  • Manage early start and late finish schedules, as stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM.
