This is a highly influential, high-visibility leadership opportunity and a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. You will be instrumental in transforming our business and culture, overseeing c300 stores and a number of Regional Managers across the Division.
We\'re looking for an exceptional retail leader and a proven people mentor, someone who can empower and support their team to achieve outstanding results. You will pioneer a customer and colleague-first sales culture, elevating our teams into high-performing sales professionals who deliver exceptional service. This role also plays a pivotal part in our operational transformation, shaping the future of our store estate and format - requiring robust project management skills and the ability to lead significant change initiatives. This is a unique chance to lead sales in high-turnover stores, boost income through continuous innovation, and influence our strategic direction.
Day to Day (Responsibilities)

- Inspire customer-centricity: Ensure every decision prioritises the customer, motivating store teams to listen to needs, understand local markets, support communities, and deliver an exceptional Toolstation experience.
- Achieve operational excellence: Encourage clear reporting, collaborate seamlessly with store, regional, head office, and field teams, and stay updated on innovations to inspire stores to exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen: Continuously build knowledge of market trends, monitor competitors, and rigorously track store performance to drive continuous improvement and address issues swiftly.
