Senior Store Assistant in Cramlington, 25 hours per week. Candidates must live locally and be able to commute. Store hours are 7 AM–8 PM; you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. Handle deliveries, warehouse tasks and stocking shelves. Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; experience of being a key holder or supervising team members is required. Get stuck in: handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are valued more than experience. Provide outstanding service: offer a great experience to customers. Ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need. Be proactive: sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
Keyholder responsibilities: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
