Retail Supervisor in Coventry Binley – 30 hours per week

You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long‑lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn't your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager and also check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
Day‑to‑day:
- Supporting: stand in for the Store Manager, motivate and engage the team, coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Mucking in: check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
- Delivering great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face – no matter how busy you are – and coach the team to do the same.
- Asking questions and building relationships: make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
- Building a fun working environment: maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
