Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and lead the team when required.
  • Motivate and engage staff to grow sales and meet targets.
  • Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves and maintain a clean, well-organized branch.
  • Deliver great customer service with a smile, coaching teammates to do the same.
  • Build relationships with customers, ensuring they leave with everything they need.
  • Create a positive working environment where everyone enjoys coming to work.
  • Manage early starts and late finishes, with store hours from 7 AM to 8 PM.
