We’re transforming how we serve Trade and DIY customers—integrating online, mobile and stores to deliver a seamless, customer-first experience. We’re now looking for a Category Manager – Landscaping to join our high-performing Trade Category team.

The role involves reporting to a Senior Category Manager, where you’ll own and develop our Landscaping category, delivering a strong, competitive proposition for trade customers. You’ll drive range, pricing, promotions and supplier strategy across key areas such as fencing, paving, decking and aggregates.

You’ll:

  • Define and deliver category strategy (range, pricing, suppliers, route to market)
  • Own sales and margin performance, with clear trading plans
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiations and ongoing performance
  • Deliver range reviews and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, supply chain and stores to execute plans
  • Manage and develop a Category Assistant
