Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Bath 20 hours per week

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you'll do

  • You'll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and will also be hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
  • Handling deliveries, unpacking stock, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Preparing orders and supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Opening and closing the store, assigning daily tasks to the team, and providing short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and promoting Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
  • Asking the right questions to understand customers’ projects and help them find everything they need.
