40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales through impeccable service.
- Help the team get the job done: check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
- Inspire and motivate the team, encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
- Build relationships and support team development to facilitate future business growth and succession planning.
