Overview

Store Assistant in Glasgow Anniesland — 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you’ll do

  • Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
  • Be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
  • Be prepared to roll up your sleeves; it can get hot in summer and chilly in winter.
  • Provide excellent service and be prepared to learn everything else; no retail experience is required, just commitment to great service.
  • Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
  • Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
