Overview

Store Assistant in Chorley — 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, but you\’ll also be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
  • Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
  • Provide outstanding service and ensure a great customer experience during busy times.
  • Ask the right questions to understand customers\’ projects and help them get what they need.
  • Be proactive in promoting Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up to enjoy benefits and competitive prices.
