Retail Supervisor

What you’ll do

Retail Supervisor in Filton – 35 hours per week.

You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long‑lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role – it’s much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager and also check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.

Day‑to‑day

• Supporting – stand in for the Store Manager, motivate and engage the team, coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in – check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
• Delivering great service – provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face and coach the team to do the same.
• Ask questions and build relationships – make sure customers leave the branch with everything they need.
• Build a fun working environment – maintain product availability and high branch standards while making the branch a place everyone loves to work.
