What you’ll do:
- Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
- Manage the Branch while serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve great things.
Day-to-day:
- Deliver great service and ensure your team provides a great customer experience.
- Help the team get the job done by checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
- Encourage a positive mindset and build a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Support your team’s development and future business growth.
- Ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
