What you’ll do:
- Store Assistant in Oldham Derker. 20 hours per week.
- We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.
- Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
- You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, as well as being hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Provide outstanding service: chat with customers or stay efficient during busy times.
- Ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need.
- Be proactive: sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to great deals.
