Manage store operations during open hours (7 AM–8 PM), including early starts and late finishes. Serve as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find the products they need. Handle deliveries, unpack stock, and keep the store clean and well-stocked. Prepare and pack orders for customers. Promote and sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, and sign customers up.
