Store Supervisor in Aylesford, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Of course, as a retail supervisor, you’ll:
- Serve customers and support the Store Manager.
- Check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves.
- Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and put orders together.
- Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face – no matter how busy you are.
- Make sure our customers leave the branch with everything that they need for the job.
- Maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
