You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. Your duties include hands-on deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. You will roll up your sleeves during work hours – from 7 AM to 8 PM – and manage early starts and late finishes. Deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders are key responsibilities.
Additional responsibilities:
- Offer outstanding service to customers during busy times.
- Ask the right questions to help customers find the right tools.
- Be proactive in selling Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for great deals.
