Store Assistant in Fleetwood

What you\’ll do

Store Assistant in Fleetwood – 16 hours per week. Our store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service by chatting with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
• Ask the right questions and show genuine interest in customers\’ projects.
• Be proactive – sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
• Work hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves (be prepared for hot summers and chilly winters).
• Commit to excellent service – experience is not required, we’ll teach you everything else.
