Overview
Store Manager in Oxford Cowley — 40 hours per week. Our stores open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

This role involves delivering an outstanding customer proposition, managing the branch, serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves.
- Day-to-day responsibilities
- Delivering great service: ensure your team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through service.
- Mucking in: unpack deliveries, open/close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
- Inspiring: foster a positive mindset with a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
- Asking questions and building relationships: support team development, drive future business growth and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
- Leading: coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work with high engagement.
- Building a fun working environment: maintain product availability and high branch standards so the branch is a place people love to work.
