- What you’ll do
- Store Manager in Plymouth Faraday Mill
- 40 hours per week
- Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM; you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
- Delivering an outstanding customer proposition—managing the Branch, serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves.
- Day‑to‑day responsibilities: delivering great service; ensuring the team provides a great customer experience and delivers sales through service.
- Mucking in—helping the team get the job done: checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
- Inspiring—encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Asking questions and building relationships—supporting your team’s development, preparing for future business growth and succession, ensuring customers leave satisfied.
- Leading—coaching, motivating, and engaging your team from the front, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
