Store Assistant

What you\’ll do

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and you\’ll also be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves. It can get hot in summer and chilly in winter, but if you care about doing a good job and providing great customer service, you\’ll fit right in.
• Be prepared to work with early starts and late finishes since our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM; you must be able to commute locally to the store.
• Get involved with deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are emphasized as more important than prior experience.
• Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and signing customers up to enjoy great deals and competitive prices.
