What you\\\’ll do
- Store Assistant in Hereford Holmer Road
- 15 hours per week / 3x 5 hour shifts
- 9 month Fixed Term Contract
- We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and be involved with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
- No retail experience? No problem — we\\\’ll teach you everything you need to know while you deliver excellent service.
- Get involved: handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are more important than experience.
- Provide outstanding service: engage with customers and stay efficient during busy times.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers\\\’ projects so you can help them get the job done.
- Be proactive: promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up to enjoy great deals and competitive prices.
