Store Manager in Stockport Hazel Grove, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you'll do:
- Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
- Manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve great things.
- Deliver great service and ensure your team provides a great customer experience.
- Help the team get the job done, including checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
- Encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
- Support your team’s development and future business growth.
- Ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
- Coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work.
- Maintain product availability and high branch standards.
