As a retail supervisor, you’ll:

  • Serve customers, support the Store Manager, handle deliveries, stock shelves, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and keep the store clean.
  • Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team or coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
  • Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
  • Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face – no matter how busy you are and coach the team to do the same.
  • Make sure our customers leave the branch with everything that they need for the job.
  • Maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
