Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder in Swansea

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Swansea Enterprise Park 20 hours per week • 3 months fixed term contract. Location: Swansea Enterprise Park. Must live locally to commute. Store hours: 7 AM to 8 PM – you must manage early starts and late finishes. What you’ll do Friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. Hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. Accountable for supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, including key‑holder or supervisory responsibilities. Handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders. Providing outstanding service during busy times. Asking the right questions and showing genuine interest in customers’ projects. Being proactive: selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up. Keyholder duties: opening and closing the store, assigning daily tasks to the team and providing short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
