Store Manager Designate in Nottingham, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

- Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
- Manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
- Deliver great service and ensure your team provides a great customer experience.
- Muck in and help the team get the job done.
- Inspire and encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
- Lead from the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team.
- Maintain great product availability and high branch standards.
