As we continue to expand and innovate, we are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and experienced CRM Executive or Assistant CRM Manager to join our fast-growth Customer Team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact, data-driven CRM campaigns and play a vital role in our success.
You'll be delivering insight-driven CRM campaigns across our full multi-channel ecosystem—including email, push notifications, in-app, loyalty and direct mail. Working closely with the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you'll own campaigns end-to-end: planning, executing, and continuously optimising to bring our trading plan to life. Your focus will be ensuring our customers receive highly personalised, segmented, and relevant communications. You'll dig into the "why" behind results, using data to refine our strategy and uncover new opportunities to boost engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Multi-Channel Deployment: Own end-to-end campaign lifecycles across Email, App, Loyalty, Push, and Direct Mail, ensuring consistent and complementary customer experiences.
- Personalisation & Strategy: Leverage data and insights to build intelligent segmentation and targeting strategies that drive performance.
- Test & Learn: Champion a robust A/B testing strategy to continuously enhance conversion metrics and improve the customer journey.
- Platform Mastery: Act as a "Super User" for our marketing technology stack (e.g., Bloomreach, Ecrebo), driving operational efficiency and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Campaign, Commercial, and Insights teams to align CRM activity with overarching trading objectives.
- Professional Development: Step in as a deputy for the Senior CRM Marketing Manager when needed and support the development of junior team members.
