Retail Supervisor in Colchester Severalls, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you'll do:
- You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy.
- As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
- Support the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
- Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face and coach the team to do the same.
- Make sure our customers leave the branch with everything that they need for the job.
- Maintain great product availability and high branch standards, while ensuring that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
