What you\’ll do

This is a Hybrid role which includes travel to our office in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Fixed term contract for 10 months
As a business experiencing significant growth, we\’re looking for a Dropship Administrator to support the Team Leader by analyzing dropship supply base processes and developing proposals for improvements. Working across departments with cross-functional groups is key to understanding processes and workflows end to end. This role will collaborate with Operations, Retail, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities, implement changes, and sustain improvements.
Day to Day
Supporting: Developing process enhancement strategies, establishing norms and standards for dropship process performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency and make Toolstation a great place to work through better processes.
Process management: Ensuring the PO process is effective from order placement to measurement via the virtual stock platform. Managing supplier expectations, completing daily tasks to ensure KPI conformance, and managing incoming emails and queries to find relevant solutions.
Data accuracy: Updating stock data daily and using this data to inform timely decision-making.
Relationships: Acting as the point of contact for the Dropship Supply team on key projects.

What you\’ll bring
