What You’ll Do

  • Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Exeter Marsh Barton – 20 hours per week.
  • You must be locally based and able to commute to the store, which is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so early starts and late finishes are required.
  • You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need and also handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
  • The role can be hot in summer and chilly in winter, but a strong focus on customer service and a positive attitude are essential.
  • This position carries accountability for supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Retail experience is not essential, but you should have some experience acting as a key holder or supervising team members.
