Store Manager in Cramlington, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer proposition – manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, stock shelves, and lead your team to achieve great results.
  • Handle opening and closing the branch, cleaning, and maintaining high branch standards.
  • Deliver great service – ensure the team provides a great customer experience, driving sales through service.
  • Muck in – help the team get the job done: unpack deliveries, open & close the branch, stock shelves, clean, and put orders together.
  • Inspire – encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
  • Ask questions and build relationships – support the development of your team, underpin future business growth and succession, and ensure customers leave with what they need.
  • Lead – coach, motivate, and engage the team from the front, creating a great workplace where engagement is key.
