As a retail supervisor, you’ll:
- Support the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and put orders together.
- Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face, no matter how busy you are, and coach the team to do the same.
- Ensure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
- Maintain great product availability and high branch standards, while creating a fun working environment.
