Toolstation Limited is seeking a senior operations leader to manage the engine room of our retail estate.
Based within commutable distance of Northampton or Bridgwater, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting stores from Contact Centre to Retail Support and major transformation projects.
You’ll be the gatekeeper, defining standards, spotting issues, and driving fixes across POS rollout, energy-saving initiatives, and supply chain improvements to keep store teams focused on customers.
