Store Manager in Cardiff Llanishen, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. At Toolstation, we’re interested in developing your talents, so you can grow with our business and become one of our leaders of tomorrow.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Delivering great service and ensuring your team provides a great customer experience.
- Mucking in and helping the team get the job done, including checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
- Inspiring a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Leading from the front, coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great place to work.
- Maintaining product availability and high branch standards.
