Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Avonmouth working 20 hours per week. You must be local and able to commute. Our store operates 7 AM-8 PM, so you need to manage early starts and late finishes. You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, while also handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. The job requires hands-on work in varying temperatures and a positive attitude toward customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; as a keyholder you will be accountable for opening and closing the store, assigning daily tasks and providing short-term supervisory cover when needed.
  • Handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders.
  • Providing outstanding service, chatting with customers, and staying efficient during busy times.
  • Asking the right questions to understand customers’ projects and help them find everything they need.
  • Being proactive, selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, and signing customers up to enjoy great deals.
  • Storing items and inventory management, ensuring store standards.
