  • Product Acceptance: Review and approve completed work at the end of each sprint, ensuring quality standards are met before release.
  • Data‑Driven Decisions: Monitor product performance post‑launch using analytics and user feedback to iterate on the product and inform future backlog prioritisation.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software development environment, managing the full product lifecycle and owning the entire channel (i.e., web).
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams in iterative delivery cycles.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, seamlessly translating technical constraints into business impacts and high‑level strategic goals into actionable requirements.

  • Technical Fluency: Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers and comprehend architectural complexities and limitations.
  • Mindset: Strong passion for user experience (UX) and a user‑centric mindset, constantly seeking to uncover root user problems.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Preferred but not essential: Scrum or SAFe certification. Experience working within a retail environment.
