We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. As a keyholder, you will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, while also handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. You must be prepared to work in varying temperatures and maintain excellent customer service. This position supports colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. While retail experience is not essential, you should have experience as a key holder or supervising team members.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Provide outstanding customer service, especially during busy times.
- Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals.
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
