Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Bellshill 20 hours per week. Candidates must live locally and be able to commute easily to our store. Store hours are 7 AM to 8 PM; early starts and late finishes are required.

What You'll Do

  • Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find the right products, while also handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking aisles.
  • Support teammates to deliver excellent customer experiences and will need experience as a keyholder or supervising team members.
  • Unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders.
  • Open and close the store, assign daily tasks and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
  • Offer outstanding service and efficiently handle busy periods.
  • Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects.
  • Proactively sell Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
