Store Manager in Aberdeen Bridge Of Don, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you’ll do:
- Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
- Manage the Branch while serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve great things.
- Deliver great service and ensure your team provides a great customer experience.
- Help the team get the job done by checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
- Encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
- Support your team’s development and future business growth.
- Coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work.
- Maintain product availability and high branch standards.
