Als Business Consultant begeleid je klanten tijdens de implementatie van onze Identity & Access Management-oplossing HelloID. Je vormt de brug tussen sales en delivery en zorgt ervoor dat klanten en partners HelloID veilig, effectief en volgens best practices inzetten. Daarbij houd je altijd het klantbelang centraal.
In deze rol:
- Adviseer je klanten bij het ontwerpen en inrichten van HelloID.
- Zorg je ervoor dat de klant een goed inzicht krijgt in de huidige rechten toekenning binnen de verschillende systemen.
- Verzorg je trainingen voor klanten en partners, zodat zij HelloID optimaal en zelfstandig kunnen gebruiken.
Misschien werk je nu bijvoorbeeld als Business Analist, Functioneel Beheerder of IT Consultant en ben je toe aan een volgende stap waarin je meer advies geeft en impact maakt bij klanten. Onze consultants vormen één team, verdeeld over 2 Business Consultants en 12 Implementatie Consultants. Hun gezamenlijke doel is het implementeren van de geavanceerde, gestandaardiseerde Identity & Access Management-oplossingen, met klanttevredenheid als hoogste prioriteit.
Om onze aanpak en technologie goed te leren kennen, volg je interne trainingen, zoals de Business Impact- en HelloID Provisioning-training. Tijdens je inwerkperiode loop je mee met collega’s en werk je aan interne opdrachten. Ook daarna blijf je nauw samenwerken met het team, zodat je altijd kunt sparren en ondersteuning krijgt waar nodig.

Wie ben jij? Wij zoeken vooral een enthousiaste collega die graag samen met ons aan Tools4ever wil bouwen! Als Business Consultant breng je verder mee:
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
- Minimaal 1 jaar relevante ervaring in advisering van Business en IT, met kennis van procesontwerp en verandermanagement.
- Technische affiniteit met Microsoft-technologieën zoals Entra, Active Directory en PowerShell.
- Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar praktische en werkbare IT-oplossingen en werkt daarbij zelfstandig en doelgericht.
- Je bent een teamspeler met passie voor IT-oplossingen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid richting klanten en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen.
