We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service—whether over the phone, via email, or in person. This role involves a healthy mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage both outbound and inbound sales activities to generate and convert leads.
- Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate effectively to achieve the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Use CRM/ERP systems to manage leads, opportunities, and client data.
- Prepare and update reports, proposals, and presentations using Excel and other tools.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in account management or business development.
- Comfortable with targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of both outbound and inbound sales processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other common software tools.
- Confident using ERP, CRM, and CMS platforms.
- Experience with sales software such as Salesforce, Lead Forensics, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive.
