We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines customer service, sales support, account management, and commercial awareness. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and support tickets, preparing competitive quotations, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales within their account base. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a professional, efficient, and knowledgeable service at all times. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries received via telephone, email, live chat, and support ticket systems.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in a timely manner.
  • Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates and secure sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customer accounts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and account spend.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in account management, internal sales, customer service, or a similar commercial role.
