What you'll do
- You’ll play a key role in our day-to-day marketing activity, including:
- Creating engaging content for our website, blog, and marketing campaigns.
- Managing and growing our social media presence across Tik Tok, X, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and Linked In.
- Building and optimising automated email campaigns and customer journeys using Klaviyo.
- Working with the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns driven by customer insights, competitor research, and market trends.
- Improving website content and landing pages while following SEO best practices.
- Monitoring campaign performance and using data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Experience creating engaging content and managing social media channels.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation.
- Confidence using creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with filming and video editing software.
- Experience using CMS platforms such as Word Press or Big Commerce (preferred).
- Excellent organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
