Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the maintenance function within our production environment. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations across the department. * Plan, monitor, and manage contractors involved in maintenance duties to ensure compliance and performance. * Lead the maintenance team, managing staff training, communication, absence and performance, and identifying upskilling opportunities. * Work closely with other departments to identify, plan, and execute re-engineering solutions focused on continuous improvement. * Organise Capital Ex Projects from planning to execution. * Implement and control the spare parts strategy, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency. * Maintain and execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan, ensuring timely task completion and resource allocation. * Manage and adhere to the maintenance budget as outlined in the business plan. * Plan and execute maintenance shutdown activities effectively and with minimal disruption. * Design weekly preventive maintenance plans in alignment with production schedules.
