About the role:
Delivering customer orders and making collections. Operating within the Health & Safety guidelines and ensuring all driver and warehouse processes are completed safely in line with company procedures and expected standards of performance
You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:
- Organise parcels securely and logically onto vehicle, confirming with the handheld terminals to ensure accuracy, efficiency and traceability of consignments.
- Provide excellent customer service to develop and maintain existing client relationships.
- Operate vehicle in a professional manner, in accordance with the company's policies, protecting Toolbank's reputation whilst carrying out the service.
- Collect real-time proof of delivery on the handheld terminals to assist with speedy resolution of subsequent customer queries.
What are we looking for?
- Full EU/UK Driving Licence
- Good Communication Skills
- Courteous
- Accurate
- Basic numerical & reading skills
