About the role:
To support in all elements of running the office and maintain the required health and safety standards within the building. Supporting all departments with customer enquiries, office administration and the general organisation of the building. You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:
- Accurate record keeping.
- Create commercial invoice for all exports to EU.
- Investigate claims, short/over deliveries, and issue credits when confirmed.
- Assist Management team with promotions and new accounts.
- Accurate data input for Management reports.
