About the role

To work as an efficient and effective member of the team, performing all duties and tasks to a high standard in compliance with individual, team and department objectives. This role is Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00. You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for all customers, ensuring we provide the best customer experience for our customer needs.
  • Editing and releasing sales order journals accurately to avoid errors when released into the Warehouse, to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to develop customer relationships, developing the designated sales area, to increase the area’s sales of the relevant range of products.
  • Dealing with and processing customer enquiries/quotes/orders via phone/email and electronic systems, making sure we deliver the best customer service possible, ensuring all the customer’s requirements are met.
