About the role: Warehouse Operative & Driver 32hrs a week Monday - Friday
Reporting to the: Warehouse Manager
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Glasgow warehouse team. This is a hands‑on role in a friendly, well‑run operation where you’ll be supported, trained and trusted to do good work every day. If you like clear routines, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things properly, this could be a great fit for you.
You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities: -
- Receiving, checking and organising stock to ensure products are available and ready for customer orders.
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately to support our next-day delivery service.
- Loading vehicles safely and completing deliveries and collections while providing excellent customer service.
- Completing vehicle checks, maintaining a clean vehicle and ensuring delivery records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety and teamwork across both warehouse and transport operations.
What are we looking for?
- A full UK driving licence and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to support both warehouse and driving activities as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with basic reading, numerical and accuracy skills.
- Previous warehouse, logistics or delivery experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
