About the role:

To work as an efficient and effective member of the team, performing all duties and tasks to a high standard in compliance with individual, team and department objectives. This role is Monday to Friday 08.30-5.30.

You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:

  • The Sales Office Clerk role is key in the organisation as it is responsible for producing all the orders for dispatch each day. Prompt and efficient order generation from customer calls and emails is essential to ensure the smooth flow of work into the Warehouse. All orders received must be actioned and processed the same day to ensure we fulfil our next day delivery obligation.
  • To be the first point of contact for all customers, ensuring we provide the best customer experience for our customer needs.
  • Dealing with and processing customer enquiries/quotes/orders via phone/email and electronic systems, making sure we deliver the best customer service possible, ensuring all the customer’s requirements are met.
  • Editing and releasing sales order journals accurately to avoid errors when released into the Warehouse, to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, to ensure we provide a positive customer experience.
